I covered and decorated my second fondant cake in tonight’s class. I love the way it turned out! It is hard to tell from my picture but the teal flowers have an ombré effect down the side of the cake. I made a vanilla cake and layered fresh strawberries inside. No crisco in the buttercream either! Should be delish.

I packed it all up with the paper goods and packaging supplies that I bought from the wholesale paper mart in Orange. It is going to my sisters school, Three Rings Ranch Elementary. I hope they enjoy!
