I got a chance to participate is two separate winterfests locally this year. The first one was earlier this month at the Grange Community Center in Cherry Valley. It rained. And rained. And rained. Thankfully my booth was inside but Saturday ended up being cancelled. Needless to say I had A LOT of leftovers. It was a great first experience in baking a ton in a short amount of time.

The second event was at Tournament Hills Elementary in Beaumont. The kids were WIRED. But it was a good time and I sold hot chocolate as well.
