I finally started the Designer Cake Certificate at Bonnie Gordon College! The first day at the college was orientation which covered basic operations and sanitation. Today we we did real baking. I am certainly in my happy place. Everything is very efficient, organized, clean and low waste. Just what you want out of cake classes. Our first cakes are still in process and in the fridge at school. We did get to bring home cupcakes and they are delicious.
